How the 10% Commission Works
Customer pays agreed price
For example, a plumbing job is agreed at GH₵ 200.00. The customer pays this amount, which is held in escrow.
Artisan completes the work
Once the customer confirms the job is done to their satisfaction, payment is released.
Artisan receives GH₵ 180.00
The artisan receives 90% (GH₵ 180.00) directly to their MoMo. Nsaboa retains 10% (GH₵ 20.00) to cover payment processing, customer support, and platform operations.
Pricing Questions
Are there any upfront costs to join?
No. It is completely free to create an account for both customers and artisans. Artisans only pay the 10% commission when they complete a paid job.
Are there any hidden fees for customers?
None at all. The price you agree with the artisan is the price you pay. There are no booking fees, service charges, or processing fees for customers.
When does the artisan commission apply?
The 10% commission is deducted only when payment is released after a job is successfully completed and confirmed by the customer.
What payment methods are supported?
We support MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money. Card payments are coming soon.
How quickly do artisans get paid?
Once a customer confirms the job is complete, payment is released to the artisan's MoMo within 24 hours. Weekly payouts are also available.
